" If you are looking for a decent first time buy or a home perfect for the young family then you must come and pay this home a visit. Location is always key when you are looking to buy, especially if you have children. Well, this is one of those locations that you immediately know will work. There are a number of good schools nearby and you’re also a short stroll away from the Hospital. Getting into town will be easy from here. There are plenty of shops and two train stations in the centre of Maidstone. Imagine having everything you need on a day to day basis, it’d be great, wouldn’t it?Inside there is all that you would expect of a modern home, with a few nice little extras. The hallway benefits from Karndean flooring. If you’ve never seen it before it’ll be a nice surprise. It’s as easy to clean as laminate flooring yet unlike laminate won’t be punctured by your high heels when you come in from a fancy night out.Upstairs there are two decent double rooms along with a single room that’s currently set up as a study. The 3rd bedroom can be a decent bedroom as well if you needed.You’ve got the luxury of having an en-suite showroom too - avoid all that stress in the morning rush for the bathroom.

For me buying a house is just like buying a wedding dress. You know it’s just right when you see it.
This was the case when we came here.
There’s a pathway that goes all around the development, this is great for taking a stroll.
With the play area around the corner there’s plenty of opportunity to let the kids blow off steam. The parking arrangement here was a real winner for us. We can get two cars on the driveway. We also have the car port and a space in front so there’s never a problem in finding somewhere for our guests to park.
