" What is most important to you when looking for your new home? Space? A large garden? Location? Peace and quiet? Well no longer do you need to rob Peter to pay Paul, this family home has it all.
Firstly both the living area and kitchen are of a generous size, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with the family. If you have children the lower ground hall provides enough space for a second lounge or play area away from you relaxing in front of your favourite soaps on the box.
Outside the garden is a joy. Set over a couple of levels it provides enough space for the kids to play away from the adults relaxing in the sun, burning the last sausage on the barbecue.Location is everything especially when it comes to local schools. Vicary Way is situated just off Queen's Avenue, one of Maidstone’s most prestigious addresses. Both excellent primary and secondary schools are within walking distance of the property. Access to the town centre and M20 motorway is minutes away, what else could you need?
Vicary Way is a no through road so passing traffic would only be for people leaving and returning home, or the odd visitor. The home and garden are both secluded and private. We drove past our home seven times when looking for it before we went inside. We could not see from the outside the space and potential it had. Finally we bit the bullet and arranged to see it. The rest is history. We loved the space it provided for us and the children. The local schools are great and the area is fantastic. We almost lost this house to another buyer because we hesitated before having a look, we are so glad we got here just in time.
