" Prepare to be amazed! From the outside this 2 bedroom Victorian cottage is nothing out of the ordinary. It’s only when you step inside that you can appreciate that looks can be and in this case most certainly are deceiving. This place ticks all of the boxes that these sort of properties are rarely able to. How is that? I hear you ask. Well let’s start with the bathroom, which unusually for this period of property is found conveniently on the first floor in between the two bedrooms, a rarity indeed! Next you would expect the usual lounge and kitchen on the ground floor wouldn’t you? Once again prepare to be pleasantly surprised, there is a lounge and separate dining room with feature fireplaces in both and also a kitchen to the rear. ‘But the front door will go into the lounge and the stairs will come off the lounge as well’ I hear you say. Well, well! Wrong again for this property has an entrance hall with the two reception rooms coming off it as well as the stairs going up to the first floor! ‘Yes, but what about storage space and extra room for hobbies you may well ask. Surprise, surprise. The kitchen has a door leading down to a great cellar, which has been used in the past as a play room and a guest bedroom and currently as a study/utility area, but can be whatever you want it to be. We were impressed by the size of this house. It was in the area that we had always wanted to raise our family. We like the convenience of being a short walk away from Loose Village, Loose Valley and local schools. If it wasn't for the opportunity to buy in the local area from a family member this home would have served us for a number of years to come. The house is amazing; we enjoy eating with family and friends in the dining room, which is a real bonus. The cellar doubles up as an office and utility room and our daughter loves to play out in the garden. We can only hope that somebody will enjoy living here as much as we have.
