" If you are looking for an affordable family home in a pleasant location close to Maidstone then look no further as this one ticks a lot of boxes. Situated on the Southern side of Maidstone with good access to Mote Park and the river, this home would be perfect for a young active family. The property is presented in good order but would also be great for a new family to put their own stamp on the accommodation and perhaps extend to the side or rear, subject to the usual consents being obtained. If you commute to London by train then you could either walk 1.2 miles to Maidstone West, which has high speed services to London St Pancras in 53 minutes or walk 1.5 miles to Maidstone East and travel to London Victoria in just over 1 hour. The local primary school, Southborough was rated good in the last ofsted report in 2016 and is just 850m and there is an array or secondary schools in the town too, including Maidstone Grammar school that was rated Outstanding in 2013 and is a 1300m walk away.
