" This semi detached house is in a cul-de-sac in Grove Green with schools and clubs nearby for the children. The main entrance leads into the hall which has a fully tiled cloakroom. Opposite the cloakroom you have the open spiral stairs leading to the first floor. The fitted kitchen/diner is at the front of the property over looking the front garden and includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer and cooker. The living room is at the rear with patio doors leading out to the enclosed rear garden. On the first floor you have two double bedrooms both with fitted mirror wardrobes and you also have one single bedroom. The bathroom has a white suite and shower above the bath. On the landing is the airing cupboard with extra shelves for storage. The property has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
