Vinters Park is a popular development to the east of Maidstone with excellent access to M20 motorway for London, Ashford, Dover and access to the M26 motorway link for M25. Vinters Park is within walking distance to Maidstone town centre and is close to Eastborough Primary School, Invicta Grammar School for Girls and Valley Park School. The estate has a parade of shops including a mini-supermarket, drycleaners, hairdressers, Chinese takeaway and Indian restaurant. There is a community centre within the estate and the beautiful Vinters Valley Nature Reserve provides a backdrop for lovely walks. Maidstone is the county town of Kent, 32 miles south-east of London. The River Medway runs through the centre of the town linking Maidstone to Rochester and the Thames Estuary. Historically, the river was a source and route for much of the town's trade. Maidstone was the centre of the agricultural county of Kent, known as the Garden of England. The town is ranked in the top five shopping centres in the south east of England for shopping yields. Much of this space is provided the two main shopping centres in the town.
