" What a stunning family home this is, oozing quality throughout, in an idyllic part of Kent with easy access to countryside walks and backing onto Boughton-under-Blean woods. It is ideally located with a short commute to Faversham and Canterbury. Faversham market town has a mainline railway station with fast trains into London, reputable schools, public houses and restaurants. The Cathedral City of Canterbury, again with specialists shops, schools and restaurants is only a short drive away.Since owning the property, the owners have made many quality improvements. The kitchen and conservatory especially have a major "wow" factor. There is a lounge, separate dining room, bedroom 5 or study, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, cloakroom, conservatory and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom to the ground floor. To the first floor, there are 3 further bedrooms and a family bathroom with walk in shower cubicle. The property does benefit from double glazing and heating. There is a beautiful rear garden, being well stocked with mature trees, plants and shrubs with a raised decking area and large timber shed. There is also a good size garden to the front plus driveway and garage. This property is very deceptive and the brochure cannot do it justice so you must ring for an appointment to view.

What the Owner says:

We fell in love with this idyllic part of Kent and were keen to raise our young family within a thriving community with excellent local schools. We have put a lot of effort and care into refurbishing our home to a high standard. The house, with its secluded garden has been a joy to live in. The easily accessible local countryside with stunning views over the Swale Estuary, orchards and woods is unsurpassable and has played a huge part of our time here in Dunkirk. The convenience of the short commute to Faversham, Canterbury and London will, we are sure, make you want to appreciate an enjoyable and comfortable life style.
