" This substantial, extended family home on a corner plot has undergone considerable improvements over recent years. With 5 bedrooms and 3 reception rooms, lots of outside space and close proximity to the village school, golf club and local transport links it is perfect for a family. On the approach to the property, the field opposite and surrounding trees confirm its village location. Once through the entrance door, the somewhat unexpected size of the house takes over. The lounge, which is dual aspect, overlooking the rear garden as well as fields to the front, leads into the second reception room where you will find a stunning working open fireplace and from there it is onto the dining room, where the smart indian slate tiles are a feature, and would be a perfect place for entertaining. On the first floor, the impressive 17'2 x 12' master bedroom has dual aspect. There are two further bedrooms with a separate cloakroom and an ensuite shower in one of the rooms; head up again to the second floor and you will find two more double bedrooms.Externally, the large secluded garden has several different seating areas to enjoy, including a raised decked patio. There is an outside store with power, which could be used as a workshop or home office, as well as gated access to the front garden. The field in front of the property offers further outside space.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this property 5 years ago, it was in need of some major improvements. During our time here we have, amongst other things, replaced the kitchen and bathroom, cloakroom toilet macerator unit, power shower unit, double glazing in the kitchen, re-plastered where necessary, decorated and re-carpeted throughout. In our opinion, our home is priced to reflect its proximity to the road. When we bought it we considered it an acceptable trade off for the size of the property and land that we got and we hope you will too.
I would like to challenge anyone to find a property of this size plus the land for the same price.
