DESCRIPTION
The present owners have loved living here for some 35 years. They were initially attracted by the amount of living space and the large south facing garden. The convenient location within easy reach of Faversham town centre and station have since proved a welcome bonus. The property originally dates from around 1790 and is Grade II listed. It has been very well presented and has many period and character features. These include ceiling mouldings, fireplace and fine balustrading to the staircase.
