We bought this house some 12 years ago as we were looking for a detached house in a good, quiet location, but not too far from the town centre, with low maintenance and running costs.We looked at several houses in the Faversham area but as soon as we saw this one, we knew it was the one for us. Since owning the property, we have made it our home and have decorated and made improvements. One particular improvement we have made is the rear garden. We have completely landscaped the garden to provide attractive planted areas plus have laid a patio. This is a lovely walled garden with secluded seating area where we sit most summer evenings.
