" Description The cottage is in a terrace of Victorian houses close of the centre of the town. It is presented in good condition throughout and has a spacious double reception room. There is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with side entrance to the street and a good sized shed. Situation The historic market town of Faversham is situated on the Northern Kent coast with a good range of shopping and recreational facilities together with a renowned farmers market. There are regular trains to London (St Pancras 70 minutes) from the town. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is 1- miles distant. Ashford is 14 miles to the South with the International station in the town offering rail services to mainland Europe. Deposit A deposit of ?970 will be payable. This is held within the Tenants Deposit Scheme and is refundable without interest at the end of the tenancy provided there is no loss or damage. Tenancy Period Available on a shorthold tenancy for a period of six months or more from 1st December 2014 Fees A fee of ?175.00 plus VAT for the administration involved which also includes your share of the tenancy agreement costs and one set of references. If you are jointly renting a property then further sets of references will be charged at ?50.00 plus VAT per reference.
