This three bed Victorian terrace is in need of updating and offers the buyer a chance to stamp their own ideas to refurbish the house to their own requirements.
The house is wider than the average Victorian house and as such, the rooms are on the generous size.
The front door opens into the hall, which provides access to the lounge and dining room. The lounge itself is well lit, with a bay window to the front. The original chimney and opening form a focal point which could easily house a fire grate or wood-burner.
The dining room is well proportioned with space for a good size table & chairs. The kitchen is in need of replacement, but offers scope to extend into the lobby area (if required).
The ground floor bathroom is located off the lobby, from the kitchen.
Upstairs, the well proportioned master bedroom is located to the front. The second and third bedrooms are both doubles and enjoy separate access from the landing. There is potential to extend the 2nd bedroom to the full width of the house and either have a walk through to the 3rd bedroom, or convert the 3rd bedroom to a walk through dressing room and en-suite.
The front garden is enclosed by a brick wall and paved.
The rear garden is approx 68ft long, being fully enclosed by brick walls and mainly paved, with side borders.
Access to the rear garden is provided by a gate leading to an alley. No other residents have access across the garden. Being North facing, the garden should enjoy sun for most of the day.

The house is located in East Street, being just a few minutes walk into the town and approx 5-10 minute walk to the station.
The station offers high speed services to London. Faversham has a great choice of primary and secondary schools, including the Queen Elizabeth Grammar School.

Faversham also offers great leisure facilities, including and indoor/outdoor pool, cinema, theatre and an array of sports clubs and facilities.
