The accommodation

This end of terrace two bed Victorian home has been tenanted for a long period and is now in need of freshening, along with a new bathroom and maybe a new kitchen. Its location is great for access out onto the A2/ M2 and a short walk from Faversham?s town centre and the train station.
This property enjoys an elevated position with steps and iron railings leading to the UPVC front door. Once inside, you enter immediately into the lounge which has the benefit of a gas fireplace with marble hearth and wooden surround. The kitchen is well designed to incorporate plenty of storage units and once overhauled, just needs an upgrade of worktops.
