" Within walking distance of Faversham town centre and the mainline railway station. This is an ideal first time buyer opportunity.Built circa mid 1860's and situated in a Conservation Area, this house has been in the same ownership for nearly 30 years. Recently the owner has undertaken some re-decoration work and, in our opinion, this property is in a "just move in" condition. Many additional benefits include the recently fitted kitchen/breakfast room. The partially converted cellar could have potential for further development as there is natural light from the double glazed window. You could convert it into an office space, study/playroom, wine cellar or even that spare bedroom (subject to permission). What would you use it for ........?The rear garden is of a good size and is a great outdoor space for all the family to enjoy. Have a break in the garden and potter around in the shed or the greenhouse. The owner is keen to move so why not come and take a look.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here since December 1982 and loved the easy walk to local trains and bus stops. We are near to Dover and Ashford for train and ferry travel to Europe and only just over one hour from London and there is good motorway access to several major airports. It is an easy walk or bike ride into Faversham town centre for market days where there is an excellent choice of local and exotic food added to a good variety of shopping from large to small, from apples to antiques.I have decided to down size due to long term health problems but I love the people and love the place so come and take a look, it's too good to miss.
