" A ready to move into detached bungalow, ideal for someone looking to retire or downsize in a very popular and desirable road and is also out of the way from through road traffic and school runs, you will find that anyone driving in the road are either visitors or residence of Rosemary Avenue.The first thing that strikes you when you pull up to the bungalow is the parking, there is space for a caravan and a car on the block paved driveway with further space if required on the front lawn. The second thing is the outside, the fascias, soffits and guttering have all been replaced over the years, which help the outside stay maintenance free, as does the double glazed windows.As you enter the porch way you will find a perfect place to store muddy shoes and boots, with two cloaks cupboards to leave your coats, in the hallway. The lounge is L-shaped and creates a perfect space to use both as a living area for the sofa, plus a dining area, which overlooks the sunny garden through the patio doors.
