" When you first take a look at the front of this house, you could be excused of thinking that this is a normal run-of-the mill home, but you would be wrong. Once you enter through the front door you quickly start to realise you are looking at a very special home. The first thing that hits you is the floor, the whole of the downstairs living area has individually controlled thermostat control points in each room, enabling heated flooring and warm feet wherever required. The house has been designed with the thought of large, light and airy rooms plus good size practical and comfort living. Without doubt the house has been a resounding success, as along with the 5 bedrooms there is a separate study area for the computer/office area, perfect if working from home. The lounge patio doors slide open overlooking the superb garden, with wooden decking at the front, plus steps leading onto the patio area, the rest is mainly lawned, perfect for the kids to play.With four toilets in the house including a family bathroom and three en-suites, two families would easily be able to live without feeling too cramped. As well as all the space on the ground floor, you've even more on the first floor with sea views at the back of the house plus a great size bedroom, dressing room plus en-suite sauna/steam jet bath on the second floor. In fact there's nearly 2300sq feet of space in total.

We had been searching for ages for the perfect property, but we couldn't find it. Our only option was a plot of land that was large enough for us to build a brand new house, that had much bigger room sizes and a larger garden area than could be found, either on the open market or on one of the new build estates.We wanted a plot in a quiet area and somewhere close to the beach.Using my architectural knowledge we set to work on creating the dream house with no expense spared. On the must have list we included under floor heating downstairs. We also built a summer house in the garden and made it into our own private gym.
