" A great home in a no through road. At the bottom of the garden there is a gate that leads to the coastal recreational area known as Bartons Point, where you can walk whilst tacking in all the scenery. If you are brave enough you could windsurf, on a good day the wind could take you up and down the coastline with ease, or ride your bike along the cycle path.Once inside the house you immediately get feel of size and space, the light streaming through the windows naturally brightening the place. Sit and relax in your armchair or comfy sofa whilst keeping cosy and warm snuggling up in front of the gas fire. Use the space in the dining area for some table and chairs to sit around with the family at meal times, the double doors open nicely onto the breakfast area. The room then extends round making it a great space to cook and prepare food. French doors open out onto he big back garden, great for parties or family get together, with more than enough room for the children to run around and play.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for over thirteen years. We wanted somewhere quiet and not on a main road, so when we viewed the house it was ticking all the boxes. When we had moved down from Liverpool, one afternoon we were sitting in the garden with a glass of wine, I leaned over to my wife and said “listen to that”, she said “listen to what”, I said “exactly”!Since owning the house we have total changed it, we have extended downstairs, replaced the central heating and some electrics as well as block paved up to the garage
