" A great size house both inside and out, perfect for a family looking to upgrade from a 1 or 2 bedroom property. As soon as you enter the hallway there is plenty of room for the children’s coats and shoes. The lounge has room enough for a three-piece suite, ideal for sitting and relaxing in front of the gas fire with the children. In the summer time you could open up the French doors onto the garden to allow through a nice cooling breeze whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen area is perfect for a family; it is open planned with plenty of cupboard and workspace, ideal for preparing the meals of the day, or even catering for dinner parties for friends! There is space for a dining table and chairs, great for the family to sit together and eat, or just to keep an eye on the children whilst they are doing their homework. Upstairs all three bedrooms are a good size, making it a little easier for the children to choose their room, without any arguments. The outside space is perfect for families or for entertaining, stretching to around approximately 85’, it comes with your very own apple and pear tree, ideal for picking during the summer months, I am told that is when they are at their most juiciest.

What the Owner says:

I have owned the house for nearly seven years now, it was the perfect area. When friends came round we would spend a lot of time in the dining area, sitting, chatting and snacking, it is the heart of the home. The children absolutely love the garden, in fact it was where my daughter learnt to ride her bike. We have had many a birthday party in that garden, complete with bouncy castle and paddling pool as there is so much room, and the kids really enjoyed being able to run around freely. I love it too as it is great for entertaining, we just put the music on and light up the barbecue.
