Mid terrace property with small front garden, large, secure (20 x 4.2m) rear garden opening onto a communal childrens play area and rear driveway.

Property currently having external lagging fitted that is due to be completeb by 1st week of February.
Recently refurbished and all rooms have been repainted and the stairs, upper landing and bedrooms have new carpet. The ground floor is covered with laminate flooring.

All window are double glazed and the property has a gas fired combination boiler for hot water and central heating.

RECEPTION 1 12'2 x 13'9 (3.7m x 4.2m)
The front door opens into a small internal porch with a door opening to the reception room. The room is spacious and has a coal effect electric fire and chimney breast.

KITCHEN 13'5 Rectangular room, longest length x 8'2 Shortest length! (4.1m Rectangular room, longest length x 2.5m Shortest length!)
Kitchen has been replaced with new fitted units and worktops. Stainless sink with drainer over a drawer unit and cupboard.
