" For flexible and adaptable accommodation you cannot go far wrong with a town house, with accommodation over three floors the rooms are generally spacious and well proportioned and never more so than in this particular design of house. Whether you have a growing family or work from home or simply enjoy entertaining then this house fits the bill. It was certainly one of the main reasons the owner bought it from new in 2007. He was amazed at the space offered for the price and could see the immediate potential to convert the first floor lounge into another bedroom and utilise the awesome kitchen/family room into the main living space. The addition of a conservatory further compliments the living accommodation and adds to the attraction of the house. The house is situated on the ever-popular Sonora Fields Development, which the owners have found so convenient they want to move on the development to a larger detached property. There is no compromise when you buy this house you still get a garage and driveway, central heating and double glazing, an en-suite shower and downstairs cloakroom. Amazing value, you bet it is so put this property at the top of your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

When I bought my house from new in 2007 I had never considered a town house, but was open minded and decided to see what a town house had to offer. I am glad I did because I was bowled over by the size of the property in general, but the kitchen/family room was truly amazing and came with an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a six-hob range cooker.Since owning the house I have installed a conservatory so I could keep all the living accommodation on the ground floor and convert the first floor lounge to a master bedroom leaving the en-suite bedroom for guests. The recently built shopping centre and pub/restaurant on the development has certainly enhanced the area so much so that we are looking to move locally.
