" If location, location, location, is on the top of your list of requirements then this house should appeal. It is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on the ever-popular Sonora Fields Development and is convenient for local Primary and Comprehensive schools. It is also a short drive to the A249, which gives direct access to the M2/M20 motorway connections plus the commuter coach service stops on the development making this an ideal location for the commuting family man or woman. The newly built shopping parade on the development boasts a supermarket, two takeaways and a pub/restaurant, which has really lifted the appeal of the area and has certainly been a benefit for the current owners who bought the house eight years ago. They were attracted to the house initially because of its position in a the cul-de-sac which they felt was a safe location for their young family and a conservatory was a godsend for all the children’s toys and made an ideal playroom leaving the lounge for the grownups.Other attractions are the garage and driveway alongside the house, the downstairs cloakroom, which is very useful with a young family and the built-in wardrobes in the main bedroom. This house is sure to be popular so book your viewing today.

What the Owner says:

When we first viewed this house we were initially attracted by the fact there was a large main bedroom with fitted wardrobes and two similarly sized bedrooms, which meant no arguments over a small box room! We also liked the location being at the end of a cul-de-sac we have found the area to be quiet and safe. The conservatory has been fantastic with our young family and since owning the house we have fitted a new kitchen sink and worktops. The garage alongside the house was preferable to other properties we had viewed at the time, which tended to be away from the house or just a parking space. The facilities on the development are great and we are looking to stay in the area but require a larger property.
