" ONE NOT TO BE MISSED for properties on the sought after Fulston Manor development are generally snapped up within a short period of circulation, and we feel this particular house will be no exception by virtue of its size, condition and kerb appeal. Situated approximately a mile to the southerly side of Sittingbourne town centre with its mainline railway station giving services to London and the Kent Coast. The house has been tastefully extended to provide, in our opinion, deceptively spacious accommodation that can only truly be appreciated with an internal inspection. There are four good sized bedrooms, lounge, dining room, re-fitted kitchen and breakfast room, conservatory, downstairs cloakroom and family bathroom. Benefits include a gas fired central heating system via radiators, double glazed window units and an integral garage with utility area and driveway. The landscaped rear garden extends approximately 60' and the tasteful decoration of the house cannot fail to please the most discerning viewer. We are excited to be offering this property on the market for sale and we are sure you will be too to receive it so book your viewing today to avoid disappointment.

What the Owner says:

We bought this property in 2002 via Ward & Partners and when we were introduced to it we knew it was the home for us. We had always aspired to live on the Fulston Manor development knowing it to be a top location within the catchment area of some of Sittingbourne's top schools and the way the property had been extended also appealed to us. Since owning the property we have built a conservatory, had kitchen and bathroom re-fitted and completely redecorated throughout. We also replaced the gas boiler for a more modern combination boiler and landscaped the rear garden. We have been very happy at the house and been blessed with good neighbours and are sure our buyers will be equally as happy.
