" This small cul-de-sac development which offers a mix of property from four bedroom detached to two bedroom terrace was just one of many reasons why the owners chose this property nearly eight years ago. Having viewed many properties on large estates they found it refreshing and appealing to find this small and almost select development. The house itself exceeded their expectations and they were delighted with the en-suite shower room and I quote “Having has an en-suite we certainly would not be without one now”. The husband moved from a flat in London to this house and having a garage and driveway adjacent to the property was a feature he really appreciated, as parking in London was a nightmare. Since owning the property the owners have taken a pride in landscaping the rear garden and decorating the house to a light and contemporary style throughout. The owners have a young daughter and a baby on the way and promotion at work has meant that they can now move on to an even larger property but they are so pleased with the area that they are looking to make their move locally.

I moved to Sittingbourne from London and was amazed at what we could get for our money compared to the flat I was previously living in. When we started our search we were looking for a modern property and immediately fell in love with this particular house, as it was part of a small development, which really appealed to us. The cul-de-sac development is quiet and convenient with easy access to the A249, which was ideal for my work commitments. When we viewed the house it felt right for both of us and we knew this was the house for us and the garage adjacent to property was a facility that I had never had in London and really helped to seal the deal.
