" Have you aspired to own a detached house but always thought it was out of your reach? then look no further for this detached family home is offered in a price range currently being asked for semi-detached properties and in our opinion represents exceptional value for money. there are no strings attached, it is simply that the owner is moving in with his partner and is offering the property for a quick sale and with no forward chain. You would also expect to have to do work for a detached house in this price range but not so, for this house is well presented and has recently installed a contemporary style bathroom and has been the subject of some redecoration by the present owner. You may also think that you are compromising on space if you buy this property, but again this is not the case for it has three good sized bedrooms and a 25' lounge/diner which certainly provides sufficient accommodation for the growing family. This is certainly a child friendly location, being a quiet cul-de-sac situated just off Atlee Way and which is within walking distance of local primary schools, playing fields and local shops.

I have owned my house since 1998 and was attracted initially to it by its kerb appeal being a detached house with a garage and driveway on the side. cWhen I viewed the property I was also impressed at the size of the bedrooms, with the third bedroom being larger than the average box type room. I also like the fact that the rear garden offered privacy and was large enough to be enjoyed, but not so large that it required lots of work. Because I travel around with my job convenience to motorways was important to me and the proximity of this house to the A249 made it ideal for easy access to the motorways.
