Lovely apartment, great location! A beautifully kept one bedroom garden apartment close to the Town Centre. This could make an ideal investment. The accommodation is all on the ground floor with an L shaped living area and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and has some fitted appliances and the lounge has room for a sofa and dining table. The double bedroom is front facing and the bathroom has a modern white suite. The lounge has double doors leading out to a garden, nicely established and with a small patio and lawn. There is no onward chain with this purchase. Electric gates give access to the car park at the rear where the apartment has an allocated parking space. EPC GRADE B

Our View

The rear garden is the big selling point here. Also the fact that you're only a short walk from the town will appeal to those commuting or who like the convenience of shops and the station close by. Location

This is a really convenient spot with the Town Centre and station close by and access to the A249 and A2 both just a drive away. The main line station takes you in to London in 1 hour 10 minutes and link roads mentioned above provide excellent road access to London, Maidstone and Canterbury.
