A lovely extended semi detached bungalow close to Sittingbourne town centre. There is no onward chain with this property. To the front there are two double bedrooms. Both are good sized doubles with plenty of room for wardrobes and bedroom furniture. The lounge has been extended to the rear providing an additional dining area and with an outlook directly over the rear garden. The kitchen is slightly dated but very usable and functional. It's rear facing and has a door out to the back garden. Off the hall there is WC and separate shower room off the hallway. Outside to the front the bungalow enjoys a nice sized lawned front garden with a driveway to the size leading to the garage. The rear garden is fenced, well established and has lawn, a patio and borders. The garden boasts a variety of bushes trees, plants and flowers and has a good degree of seclusion. EPC grade D.

Our View

The large lounge diner makes all the difference here really giving the living area a feeling of space. The bedrooms are also a really good size. You often find a double and a single in this type of bungalow but here you have two distinct doubles. It also gives the flexibility to be able to use one of the bedrooms as a dining room, study or simply another living area. Buyers will love the front and rear garden and the drive and garage provide enough space for at least two cars. This could make a super retirement move. Definitely one to add to your viewing list!
