" In our opinion this is one of the best presented Victorian semi-detached houses currently available. The present owners have taken a lot of care in the presentation; with period style fireplaces, re-fitted kitchen, re-fitted bathroom

(with jacuzzi bath), recessed spotlights in most rooms, and gas central heating and double glazing.
There is also a cloakroom, utility area, sun room and a converted loft space with 'velux' windows.
To the rear there is a lovely enclosed garden with side area and access.

We would highly recommend an internal viewing to appreciate this house.
