" If space is your thing, you’ll find it hard to beat this property for a two bedroom house. When looking at houses of this style, something people often worry about is the reception space. Here you will be able to enjoy some time together in the lounge, or be ready to entertain by moving into the dining room.
The house's layout also allows you to keep it social, with the rooms flowing and linked by the kitchen, so there’s no need to be left out if you’re the one stuck with the cooking! This should be enjoyable in this house, as the sellers have recently updated their kitchen. If you’re a family, this is the ideal spot to keep an eye on the children as they’re playing out in the generous rear garden.
Whether you need a second bedroom for the kids, or just as a guest room no one will be disappointed with the bedrooms here. Both are good doubles, which may even mean this house would suit friends sharing, or you may be looking at it from a rental point of view – making it ideal.
The bathroom is upstairs, so you don’t need to worry about running up and down, especially key if you have or are planning on a child.
The location here means whether you need to drive to work, or you get the train you are well placed. You are 1 ½ miles from Rochester Train Station and town centre and also a 2 mile car journey to junction 3 on the M2, with access to London or down to Canterbury or alternatively the M20. The house is also well located for the local schools, both primary and secondary.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this house we were attracted by the size of it compared to others that we had seen. With other houses in the area, we found that the downstairs space was very small but we have a nice size lounge as well as a separate dining room. This is great for the family. We also liked that we had the two double bedrooms. Many other houses that we looked at had two smaller doubles and a ‘box room’. We decided that it was more important to have big rooms and only needed two, so this was perfect. The bathroom being upstairs also attracted us here. The outside space, from the wc (which is still in use) to the good sized garden, make the house ideal for when family or friends are over in the summer.
