" If you are looking for a family house to spend years in then this may well be the one for you. There is so much to talk about here! The accommodation here is extended and really is made for a family. There is the all essential downstairs loo and the lounge and dining room flow very well providing two very good living areas for you all to spread out and relax. Meals, a cup of coffee and the newspaper can also be enjoyed in the kitchen/breakfast room which overlooks the landscaped rear garden. Normally with a 1930's style home you find that the third bedroom is small, but there are no such problems here. Accommodation is arranged over three floors as there is a loft conversion. This means that all 3 bedrooms are double rooms and no one will need to argue which room they have. Although we do expect mums, dads and teenagers may need to draw straws over who gets the approx. 20'6 bedroom on the top floor! The other great thing about this house apart from the size, is the fact that it is in excellent decorative order and you can move straight in. Another delight waiting to be uncovered by you is the rear garden which is full of plants, shrubs and meanders down to the summer house at the bottom of the garden. You could use this for doing homework or perhaps working from home. The large garage is also at the rear and it has the benefit of having an electronic door, so, no need to jump out of the car when you get home - just press the button and you're in!

We had always wanted to live on City Way as it is such a cracking location. We liked being able to walk to Rochester High Street and the train station so easily. The house has been extended and its really spacious. The layout is lovely and we particularly like the thru lounge, the huge attic bedroom and the patio doors from the kitchen which open onto the big garden. We have spent a considerable amount of money on the property in the last 3 years including adding a whole new central heating system, replacing the flat roof both to the rear and in the loft, adding the garage at the rear, replacing the bathroom suite and re-decorating.
