" THE PROPERTY: "The fantastic size and location of this house is what initially attracted me to it" enthused the current owner here, who went on to say, "the location here at the bottom of City Way is really handy for walking to the High Street and train station." This house is in our opinion one that should definitely be viewed to appreciate the character features that are on offer and the size of the accommodation. The accommodation on offer briefly consists of entrance hall, WC, lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms, family bathroom and WC on the first floor, two further bedrooms and a shower room on the second floor plus a cellar which consists of cellar, coal hole and garden room. The rear garden is in our opinion a gardeneners delight with a mass of different trees and shrubs such as apricot, damson and apple trees plus grapevines. There is a garage to the rear of the property providing off road parking plus there is an outhouse which provides outside storage. Other features on offer here include original style fireplaces in both reception rooms and some of the bedrooms. There are some partial river views from the top floor and stripped wood flooring in some of the rooms. Looking at the front of this house would definitely not give away just what is on offer inside so make sure you view this home which is being sold with no forward chain.
