" THE PROPERTY: "The High Street location, the outside space, the excellent size and character features of this property all attracted us to it" commented the current owners here. They added "as this particular apartment is positioned at the back of the property we also find it very quiet as it does not front onto the High Street". This apartment offers in our opinion, excellent sized accommodation which could rival some houses! It consists of entrance hall, lounge, sun room, fitted kitchen/breakfast room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are some real features on offer here such as the outside roof terrace meaning you can sit outside in the summer, character features such as beamed walls and the added bonus of the sun lounge at the rear of the property leading onto The Terrace. The owners say "if you are a commuter or you enjoy the buzz of being in the centre of things then this definitely could be for you! The train station is located further up on Rochester High Street and there are lots of interesting shops, restaurants and bars right on you door step here." This home is presented in our opinion in good decorative order and is ready to move into. This really should be viewed to appreciate what is on offer.
