This property which is situated on Meadowcroft in Radcliffe commands an internal and an external viewing to appreciate the space and the style that the property has to offer. Presented throughout to an exemplary standard the property would make a fantastic family home. Internally the accommodation is spread over two floors and briefly comprises of a cracking size entrance porch way/lobby leading through to a lounge with a study area, a modern kitchen/dining room. Meadowcroft is situated in Radcliffe and Radcliffe benefits from a town centre which has many retail outlets and banks. It also has a tram and bus station taking you to Bury, Manchester and to Bolton. This property on Meadowcroft is accessed via an entrance porch/lobby which has laminate floor covering, radiator and double glazed window and door to the front elevation. There is then a door leading into the lounge which has a feature fireplace and surround, tv/telephone point, a study area underneath the staircase and stairs leading up to the first floor. There is then a kitchen/dining room, the kitchen has black gloss modern range of wall and base units with contrasting work tops, inset sink and drainer, inset double oven,hob and extractor, tiled splashback and feature unit lighting. From the dining area there are double glazed patio doors leading out into the rear garden. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, the master benefiting from a comprehensive range of fitted robes including dressing table and drawer units, all bedrooms have a double glazed window and radiator. The bathroom is a white suite comprising of a bath with side panel, glass screen, shower over, wc and sink, tiled walls and floor and a wall mounted radiator and double glazed window. Externally there is a landscaped garden to the rear of the property which is mainly decked and also has a feature paved area as well, there is also a small garden area to the front and access to the integral garage. An internal viewing is highly recommended, not to be missed.

From the Radcliffe office turn left onto Blackburn Street and at the proceeding set of traffic lights turn right onto Water Street. Continue down and at the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Ainsworth Road. Follow Ainsworth Road up and take the sixth turning on your right into Herbert Street, turn into Herbert Street, follow it down and then go straight over onto Meadowcroft, follow Meadowcroft around and the property can be found on the right hand side.
