" A generously extended four bedroom semi-detached home on Butterstile Lane, close to Prestwich Village and a great position for local schools and places of worship. The property has a driveway, large double extension, outhouse and extensive garden to the rear. This family home is in need of updating in some areas, and with some gentle restoration work of the original features in the house, you could have a very special property on your hands. The living area is an open plan lounge and dining room, with large windows making for a very bright space, it is brimming with character, from the floorboards, high ceilings, picture rails, original doors and coving, there are bags of potential in this space. The lounge area has a large fireplace and patio doors which back onto the garden. The kitchen is a really great size with part of it being in the extension of the house, this could be a fantastic family kitchen, with enough room for an informal dining space. From here, you access the third reception room, this is a good size room that would be great as an office, TV room or playroom. The garden feels never ending; a good size paved area, with an outhouse ? this was previously the garage which has been extended, a perfect space for storage.
