Available to let from February this cosy unfurnished 2 bed terrace is decorated in a neutral style throughout and situated close to all local amenities. 

To the ground floor the property features a living room which leads to a spacious kitchen, gas hob and electric oven are provided but tenant will need own white goods. Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor which has a spacious double bedroom to the front of the property, a small box bedroom to the rear and bathroom to the middle. Parking is on the street, to the rear of the property is a spacious south facing yard and the back lane is securely gated, only residents have keys. 

Double glazed through with gas central heating (new boiler 2016) the property also benefits from a shower and is alarmed. 

The property is located in the centre of Gorton, within walking distance are Tesco Hyde Rd, Gorton Market, Belle Vue cinema and various other shops. Manchester city centre is close by and can be easily accessed by bus or train from Belle Vue station. Several parks are located close by including Sunny Brow and Debdale while the M60 is less than 5 mins by car.
