Strike is pleased to present this property on this sought after quiet residential road in the ever popular area of Firswood. With Chorlton, Longford Park, and Metrolink nearby, this house is ideal for anyone who needs to be close to excellent commuter links and and schools, as well as access shops and local amenities on their doorstep.

54 Broseley Road is a three bedroom 1930s semi-detached property with the benefit of a large and private garden, affording the opportunity for further modernisation and extension. There is off road parking for at least three vehicles plus a large modern detached garage accessed to the side of the property.

Downstairs, the property briefly comprises a bay fronted lounge, dining room over looking the large garden, extended fitted kitchen, kitchen pantry, understairs store and hallway. Upstairs, there is a well proportioned bay fronted master bedroom, rear bedroom and front bedroom. These are complemented by a bathroom with WC, shower and airing cupboard. The majority of the property is double glazed (mostly October 2020). Energy efficiency is by virtue of a deeply lagged loft, cavity wall insulation, and gas central heating. Much of the orignal features and character of the property have been retained.

The mature, mostly lawned, garden is approximately 25m

(82ft) long and 15m

(50ft) at its widest point, with a west facing aspect. It is one of the largest gardens on Broseley Road (see plan). Due to the property's position and trees and shrubs, the garden is enclosed, sunny and exceptionally private.

Whilst the property is an ideal size for family living there is vast potential for a rear extension (subjet to planning) and/or conservatory without compromising the size of the garden plot.

Broseley Road is an ideal location, situated only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Chorlton-cum-Hardy, and a 4 minute walk from Firswood Metrolink station (Deansgate is 3 stops away, Piccadilly 5 stops away, MediaCityUK is 21 minutes, Trafford Centre 28 minutes)).

There are several good primary schools in very close walking proximity (St Hilda's, St Theresa's) and the property is also in the Trafford catchment area for Stretford Grammar School.
