" Offered for sale in excellent decorative order and positioned in the heart of this hill top Buckinghamshire village. An imposing semi detached home with spacious and flexible accommodation arranged over three floors. The ground floor comprises entrance hall, cloakroom, a dual aspect living room with open grate fireplace, separate dining room and a refitted kitchen with windows to both aspects and a door opening to the rear garden. The first floor has a spacious landing area with doors opening to a stunning dual aspect master bedroom with views towards the Church, another double bedroom with a window to the side and a luxuriously appointed bathroom. Stairs from the first floor landing rise to a wonderful attic room which has two open plan sections, a window to the rear overlooking countryside and a Velux window to the front.

Ground Floor A door opens to an entrance hall which has doors opening to the ground floor reception rooms & cloakroom and stairs rising to the first floor. The cloakroom has been fitted with a white two piece suite to include a low level wc and wash basin with a window to the side and a wall mounted gas fired boiler which we are informed is only 1 year old. Both the reception rooms measure excellent proportions. The living room is positioned at the front of the property with a window to the side and a window to the front where you can admire the views rising up to the church opposite. Of further enhancement to his reception room is an open grate fireplace with surround and mantle. The dining room is also dual aspect with windows to the rear overlooking the garden and to the side.
