Wentworth Cottage Annexe offers entirely self-contained accommodation attached to the main house and benefits from fantastic views of the 47 acres of land and gardens that surround the property. These views extend beyond the property gardens to the extensive grounds of Whipsnade Zoo and the Chilterns. Despite its rural location, this property is within easy reach of many town and urban attractions in the area. However there is no regular bus service so transport essential.

Wentworth Cottage Annexe is centrally heated throughout, in addition to an oil-fired wall mounted boiler in the kitchen. The property is always warm and comfortable being maintained to a high standard with cleaning and linen change available at an extra charge. There is a strict no smoking policy on the premises. Children and well behaved pets are welcome.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms all en-suite. Each bedroom has a television. There is also a separate wc upstairs.

The ground floor accommodation is open plan and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. The dining area has a dining table seating four with two extra folding chairs available. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a television and video for your entertainment. There is also a utility room on the ground floor housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Tenants are welcome to use the 47 acres of garden and land surrounding the property which has slides and swings for the children. There is off road parking for tenants use.
