LOCATION
Eaton Bray is a large village situated between Dunstable and the Buckinghamshire border. The parish church has one of the finest interiors in the country with its Early English 13th century arcades. Junction 9 of the M1 motorway is approximately 8 miles and the M25 motorway is accessed via the A41 Tring and Berkhamsted bypass.

OUTSIDE
Block paved driveway with ample parking for several vehicles and both courtesy and sensor lighting, leding to detached double garage, shrub and perennial borders and timber gate to side providing access to rear garden. Double garage with electronic entry, power, light, water supply and window to side. Adjacent to the rear of the property is a wide paved patio with steps up to the central lawn, borders either side, well stocked with shrubs and perennial. To one side a further paved patio area, a trellis arch and well screened timber shed, here the lawn sweeps down to a timber picket fence, beyond which is a gently flowing stream, external water supply and power point.
