The house benefits from a large garden that backs onto open countryside, making it ideal for a family with children. It comes unfirnished and is available as a long term rental from late September.Sorry the owner does not accept housing benefit tenancies. This property does not allow pets. Town and Country have an administration and reference fee of £200 for a single occupant or £150 per person for multiple tenants over 18 years of age.
