" This semi detached 3 bedroom family home is immaculately presented throughout. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this delightful property has plenty of off road parking, the possibility of extending, and the advantage of being completely liveable straight away- a great find for a couple or young family!

Entering to the front of the property, a generous hallway awaits, with a staircase to the left, a cloaks cupboard and entrance to the living room to the right. This is a large, bright, sunny, south facing room with bay windows at one end and double doors to the dining room to the other.

The dining room is lovely with patio doors looking over the rear garden, this will be a lovely place to enjoy a family meal together. Alternatively if a dining kitchen is your preference knocking through to the current kitchen is certainly an option!

The fully fitted kitchen can be accessed via the dining room or hallway, there is plenty of cupboard and worktop space, as well as an under stairs cupboard which is a great hidey hole - a very useful kitchen storage area. The rear door is also a practical feature of this room- no need to trudge your shopping through the house.
