" This late VICTORIAN period STONE built through terraced house, which is situated in a prime residential area of Pudsey, is only 800 metres to Pudsey Centre, the park and transport links to Leeds and Bradford. The property is WELL APPOINTED and nicely decorated throughout yet has retained lots of the ORIGINAL CHARM and CHARACTER of the Victorian period. The living accommodation, which has the benefit of high ceilings and generous size rooms benefits from having gas fired central heating throughout and has a mixture of the original shahs style leaded windows at the front and double glazed windows at the back. The living accommodation comprises entrance HALLWAY with a wood and bevelled glass front entrance door. The entrance flooring is part pattern tiled and engineered oak. The staircase is original with the spindled balustrade and newel posts and the walls are part lincrusta covered. From the hallway a door leads to the cellar BASEMENT which combines useful internal storage space and a UTILITY area with space for both washing machine and dryer. The LIVING ROOM at the front of the house has a beautiful bay sash window with the original leaded glass. There is a recessed cast iron wood burning stove to the chimney breast with a stone hearth and mantle. The DINING ROOM combined KITCHEN at the rear of the house has been opened to provide a fantastic family sized kitchen diner. The kitchen has been recently refitted with an excellent range of high gloss white storage base and wall units with contrasting solid wood worktops and inset sink with swan neck mixer tap. Integrated gas hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher appliances. The floor is tiled and there is LED lighting in the ceiling. The KITCHEN is open to the dining room and has plenty of space for a family size table and chairs plus the original built in storage cupboards and drawers to the side of the chimney breast. A stable style rear door leads out to the garden. Upstairs, from the LANDING is access to the bedrooms and bathroom and there is potential to develop the roof space, subject to building regulations. BEDROOM ONE at the front of the house is a generous sized room with a feature cast iron fireplace and leaded front window, ceiling coving and centre rose. BEDROOM TWO at the rear is a generous sized double bedroom with UPVC double glazed window. BEDROOM THREE is a good size single bedroom which could be used as a home office is preferred. The HOUSE BATHROOM has a family sized suite which includes a reproduction Victorian style roll edged free standing bath with shower taps and ball and claw style feet, a pedestal wash basin and matching toilet and a large step in shower cubicle with mains shower unit. The floor is tiled and the walls half tiled with LED lighting to the ceiling and a wall mounted chrome towel radiator. OUTSIDE the house the front is landscaped and includes a concrete paved pathway through a metal gate leading to the entrance door, the front has slate chippings with shrub and tree border enclosed by a lower stone wall and fencing. The garden at the rear is fully enclosed and secure with a gated entrance, the garden area is made up of both a concrete paved patio and Astroturf areas. There is a garage which is ideal for storage or a workshop. The location of property is perfect to access all the local amenities in the Pudsey area including popular schools, Pudsey Park and the shops and services in the centre of Pudsey. Commuting to both Leeds and Bradford is via the Leeds ring road and Pudsey railway station. "
