" Calling all investors / first time buyers. This 2 bed terrace situated in uphill Lincoln. Turner Street is situated just off Burton Road is this popular residential area, close to all local amenities, and just a short walk away from historic Uphill Lincoln and all it has to offer.

This house does need internal refurbishment, however some works have already been carried out, these include Rewire 2004, New Windows 2005, Central Heating and an external protectacoat render in 2006. Access to the living room is straight through the front door and off the street there is no front garden with this property.
