This beautiful family home located in the popular picturesque village of STOW offers a generous plot size and spacious rooms. Stow is a village located in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. This location offers a picturesque setting that is very much sought after within the region. On arrival at this beautiful home you will first discover the excellent location that the property enjoys just outside the village of Stow. The whole plot being surrounded by fields and has far reaching views.

The large sitting room accessed from the dining hall offers wonderful views of the rear garden, has a brick fireplace and wood burning stove. Sliding patio doors lead into the large conservatory used for summer dining and seating with French doors onto the garden. The three bedrooms located to the front and side aspects, all offer space for double beds. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and storage, the principal bedroom having a range of fitted wardrobes.
Outside the property enjoys a huge garden which is enclosed by fencing or stock netting. This beautiful garden comprises a paved seating area with a small pond overlooked by a gazebo which blends into a lawned area with mature shrubs to one side. This continues into a small orchard whilst on the left is a vegetable garden followed by an oriental garden with pond and tea house. There is an outside toilet, a large wood store, greenhouse and potting shed and also a large workshop.
Further down the garden is an area containing a field shelter with power and light which is used for summer barbeque's and family get- togethers. There is also a delightful Wendy house in this area. Beyond this is another large grassed area which has a natural feel, containing a variety of established trees. This ends overlooking the adjoining fields.
There is a spacious gravel driveway and single block built garage with up and over door and an inspection pit. The garage measures approx 24ft x12ft overall. Within the garage is a further small room used for a freezer and supplementary fridge plus other storage. There is also a built in storage cupboard in the garage.

Directions :-

From the office in Newland head towards the A57 on Carholme Road. Continue towards Worksop until seeing the signpost for Saxilby. Turn right onto Mill Lane and continue to Sturton by Stow. Turn left onto the A1500 then immediately turn right onto the High Street and continue to Stow. At the crossroads in Stow turn right onto Ingham Road and proceed for approximately one third of a mile. The property is on your left marked by a Your Move For Sale board.
