A modernised Semi Detached Bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location within an established residential area of Pentraeth, which might suit the retiree or young family alike. The property is a short walk from local amenities and primary school, whilst the main A5025 thoroughfare allows for easy travel to the city of Bangor on the mainland and the picturesque north eastern coastline of Anglesey. Internally, the bungalow is well presented with a good sized lounge having a focal point by way of the fireplace with a granite hearth and timber surround. The kitchen is fitted with modern units together with an inset hob and oven and the bathroom features a modern white suite with vinyl clad walls. LOCATION The village of Pentraeth has many amenities including a primary school, Public house, shops and petrol station. The main A5025 which passes through the village allows for easy access to the resort of Benllech whilst the excellent road network allows for easy commuting to the towns of Llangefni, Holyhead, the A55 expressway and the mainland. Anglesey has many fine beaches, providing ample opportunities to enjoy sailing and water sports not to mention the fabulous coastline which now boasts over 120 miles of footpaths. The city of Bangor has all the major amenities and is easily reached being approximately 7 miles distant.
