A spacious 3 Bedroomed Detached Bungalow situated in an established residential setting within the rural Anglesey village of Penysarn, convenient for the local village store, primary school and close to a bus route for convenient travel into the larger coastal town of Amlwch with its schools, amenities and leisure facilities. LOCATION Penysarn is a village located towards the north of Anglesey, a short distance from the port town of Amlwch and the superb coastline. The village is situated close to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a rugged section of Anglesey's Heritage Coastline. Here you have access to over 120 miles of coastal paths as well as the beautiful Dulas Estuary, Lligwy Bay and Point Lynas lighthouse. Penysarn has a thriving village store and primary school. The town of Amlwch is situated just a short drive away to the north which can cater for your day to day requirements whilst having a secondary school and leisure facilities. This is an historic town built on the back of the copper industry on nearby Parys Mountain from where it was once exported the world over. On the edge of Amlwch is a popular 18 hole golf course at Bull Bay which enjoys the distinction for being Wales' most northerly village. Access to the larger towns of Llangefni, the ferry port of Holyhead and the main A55 expressway which crosses the entire island and onward to city of Bangor on the mainland, is made easy due to a good network of roads.
