Being offered for sale is this 3 bedroomed Mid Terrace House situated in a convenient roadside position on Caernarfon Road in the city of Bangor, being within close proximity of a wealth of amenities and within easy reach of schools, further education facilities and the university. The property requires much refurbishment and modernising work and as such would make an excellent investment for those with the necessary skills. Planning permission has been granted (Planning No. C11/1197/11/LL) to demolish the rear single storey extension and add a two storey extension, making this a far more appealing proposition.
