A traditional stone built Mid Terrace Cottage situated in a convenient central position within this popular village which is ideally placed for commuting into Caernarfon and the glorious Snowdonia National Park. LOCATION The popular rural village of Waunfawr is situated in a pleasant and peaceful setting, bordering the Snowdonia National Park. Waunfawr sits at the mouth of the beautiful Nant Y Betws Valley which leads directly towards Snowdon and Beddgelert. The village has some local amenities which includes a primary school as well as a regular bus service to the main castle town of Caernarfon which is only some 4 miles distant and can be reached in a matter of minutes. The popular Welsh Highland Railway skirts the village on its way from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. The university city of Bangor can also be easily accessed from the village as can the main A55 expressway. This is a rural community amidst beautiful countryside which is not too far off the beaten track, offering the best of both worlds.
