If you are seeking a substantial property with high-income potential overlooking the coast at Criccieth, we would highly recommend that you view this splendid 4 storey mid terrace house that stands in an imposing seafront location enjoying spectacular coastal views.
The property, whose origins are believed to date back to the mid 19th century, has been in the same ownership since the mid 1960's and over the ensuing years has been converted into 3 maisonettes, 2 of which are self contained, while the other maisonette is accessed via a communal stairway and landings. The owner lived in the middle maisonette, letting the other maisonettes as residential and holiday lettings, netting a considerable annual income.
