" Cae Mur Hywel is a very attractive, fully refurbished, stone cottage in an idyllic setting above Caerdeon between Barmouth and Dolgellau. The property has no close neighbours, is surrounded by woodland and enjoys views of the Cader Idris range and surrounding countryside.

It is situated on an quiet country lane and set within grounds extending to ??? acres which are beautifully landscaped and include a small private wooded area.

The house has been substantially rebuilt to modern standards but in keeping with the style and character of the original building. The reconstruction has been carefully thought through to minimise ongoing maintenance. The house is now substantially of modern cavity wall construction with external stone cladding and an excellent level of insulation throughout.
