" Iscoed is a detached bungalow of rendered construction under a slated roof. The property is located just off the A493 in a slightly elevated position on the outskirts of the village of Arthog, it is North facing and has far reaching views over the Mawddach Estuary towards the mountain range beyond. The bungalow stands within its own spacious terraced grounds, which are at present rather overgrown. It does have the benefit of having mainly UPVC double glazed windows and partial oil fired central heating which is run via the Rayburn Range cooker in the kitchen.

Iscoed is in need of full internal refurbishment and modernisation but once completed will provide comfortable accommodation in a much desired location which within easy reach of the Mawddach Trail and Cader Idris Range.
